What I believe in
I love the parts of the job that let me work with designers across the org to raise the quality of their work! I build trust with them while also helping to teach them tips and tricks and improve the craft and quality of their work.
I truly believe that small details compound, and enough of them left unpolished make a product feel clunky.
Five years at Meta across integrity, VR, and AI wearables. Before design I taught elementary school. That is still the best training I have had in explaining hard things simply.
The craft bar is worth the hard conversation.
If the system only works when you are in the room, it doesn’t work.
